Performance: Using only high-quality components in a package designed from scratch to provide unparalleled performance, value, and durability. The IP69K ingress-protection and OE level Deutsch DT connectors increase the overall reliability while OSRAM LED Chips kick out high lumen illumination. CAE analysis allowed refinement of both the optimization of the lens optics as well as the thermal dynamics to create a product which is both powerful and reliable. These factors combined provide users with a higher-level intensity than any other 3” light on the market at this price level.
Origins: The star Vega, is an important celestial object for astronomers and navigators alike. Vega is the brightest star in the northern constellation and is approximately 40 times brighter than the Earth’s sun. Vega has functioned as the baseline for calibrating the photometric brightness scale and was one of the stars used to define the zero point for the UBV photometric system. Vega has been extensively studied by astronomers, leading it to be termed. 'Arguably the next most important star in the sky after the Sun'. Overall, the study and observation of Vega has helped to advance our understanding of the universe and our place within it.

Versatility: Styled with an angled front lens, the Vega’s Patent-Pending design more closely reflects the OEM surfaces in many popular mounting positions. These lights feature horizontally symmetrical beam patterns so the lights can be mounted upside down or right side up without changing the beam angle. The result is a more versatile and compact product with thoughtful styling and a dynamic appearance.
Accessories: Commitment Issues? Great news! Vega’s optional interchangeable lens covers can be added or removed without tools to easily change the color of the light output to Yellow or Amber. These covers simply snap on over the existing clear lens to provide color-enhanced light output optimized for fog or snow conditions where glare can be an issue. In addition to these colored lens covers a black-out cover is included with each Vega light for any customers who have additional lamp compliance regulations in their State.
Regulatory Compliance: Some states require that Auxiliary lights have an opaque cover installed when mounted above the hood line of the vehicle. Each Vega light includes a standard black-out cover for any customers who have additional lamp compliance regulations in their State. These injection-molded covers feature an embossed ORACLE surface, easy clip-on mounting, and are included free (unlike the other guys) with every Vega light sold.
